Hi guys it’s Dan here, and today we’re going to be showing you a 3G Artificial Sports Pitch Resurfacing in Woking, Surrey.

So this job was carried out at a school, and they got in contact with us wanting a brand new sports pitch to replace their existing damaged facility.

When they gave us a ring, the school specified the want for an artificial surface capable of being used all year round that could replicate the feel of playing football on natural grass. It was then mutually agreed that the 3G flooring we offer would be well suited to their needs.

So for this work, our client was a school, and they had a damaged and contaminated outdoor sports court in need of rejuvenation.

Initially, the client was worried that they would need a resurface, however after an inspection of the flooring we were happy to let the school know that we could bring the court back to it’s best with our professional cleaning services.

So for this work, our team got started by treating their multi-use games area with a deep cleaning, ensuring any moss, algae and dirt embedded into the surface is fully removed.

Oftentimes, even after a jet wash, contamination can still sit in the flooring even if it seems clean, which it’s why it’s so important to have this work carried out by a professional.

After the cleaning process is completed, we then go about repairing any small areas that may need it. Courts with small areas of damage such as these may just need a clean, so feel free to get in touch with us if you’re unsure.

For this actual install, the client had a large field area, and this was subject to quite a large flooding during our more rainy months.

They specified that they were looking for a new long jump facility to be built on the field, but expressed the need for a surface that could be used in any season. We explained the services we could offer them, and before we knew it we were on site cracking on.

So for this job we went for polymeric surfacing to use for the long jump runway. This flooring is a perfect choice for outdoor athletics surfacing due to the fact that it’s a porous system, which also helps for areas vulnerable to flooding such as this one.

So for this work, our client was at a school, and gave us a call interested in having a new long jump surfacing fitted on their outdoor field.

They wanted to have a facility that was brilliant for the children to use, but also was hardy enough to cope with our challenging weather conditions here in the UK.

So for this installation, the client contacted us interested in a full long jump facility with a practice lane to be fitted onto their grass field. We explained the options that we offer them, and we were quickly on site working on the long jump facility.
